AeRang By: Jolene Mosley Photos by: Jody Scofield This pattern was inspired by yarn my friend gave me. It was singing to become an easy triangular shawl. Since the yarn was sock weight, the shawl needed to be open and have a strong pattern motif. The diamond pattern and straight edges help to enhance the triangular form of the shawl. This shawl is going to be gifted to Dr. AeRang Kim. A wonderful pediatric oncologist and researcher. Write Comment (3 comments) |

Penelope I am pretty excited to let you know you can purchase this pattern at The Sweet Sheep and you can get the yarn at The Sweet Sheep as well. This sock was really fun to work on. The sock begins with a picot edge and then the leg is worked in a fun lace pattern. The lace pattern is then continued in variation down the top of the foot of the sock. I am not usually a hand knit sock wearer (I know! You don't have to rub it in) but I must say that out of all the socks I have made this one is the MOST comfortable on my foot. The lace on the top of the foot gives just the right tension that my foot was looking for. Now Available! Exclusive to Write Comment (24 comments) |

Anne This shawl is a rectangular shawl. It is light and airy after it is blocked. The finished dimentions of the shawl are 70” X 18”. The pattern starts with a solid panel of motif and then that motif is split by a center panel motif. The center panel/solid panel is then continued until just about the end of the shawl and then a single repeat of the solid panel is finished off. Now Available!
